All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days via USPS Priority Mail Express or UPS 2nd Day Air.

Overnight Shipping: 1 business day via USPS Priority Mail Express (next‑day delivery is not guaranteed for weekend orders).
International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide.

Standard International: 7–21 business days via USPS First‑Class Package International Service or UPS Worldwide Expedited.

Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance and local postal services.
Shipping Rates

Free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders over $75.

Flat-rate standard shipping of $5.99 for orders under $75 (U.S. only).

Expedited and overnight shipping options calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout by weight, size, and destination country.
Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow 24 hours for the carrier’s tracking system to update.
Multiple Shipments

If your order contains items from different warehouses or suppliers, you may receive multiple shipments and tracking numbers. All shipments will be noted in your shipping confirmation.
Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country.

PB King is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at info.pbking@gmail.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

We’ll work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund once liability is confirmed.
