Shipping policy

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days via USPS Priority Mail Express or UPS 2nd Day Air.

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day via USPS Priority Mail Express (next‑day delivery is not guaranteed for weekend orders).

International Shipping

  • We ship to most countries worldwide.

  • Standard International: 7–21 business days via USPS First‑Class Package International Service or UPS Worldwide Expedited.

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance and local postal services.

Shipping Rates

  • Free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders over $75.

  • Flat-rate standard shipping of $5.99 for orders under $75 (U.S. only).

  • Expedited and overnight shipping options calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • International shipping costs are calculated at checkout by weight, size, and destination country.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Please allow 24 hours for the carrier’s tracking system to update.

Multiple Shipments

  • If your order contains items from different warehouses or suppliers, you may receive multiple shipments and tracking numbers. All shipments will be noted in your shipping confirmation.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country.

  • PB King is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at info.pbking@gmail.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

  • We’ll work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund once liability is confirmed.
